Wegen dem 4Bar-Benzindruckregler...
Habe ich mittlerweile auch schon gelesen... In Verbindung mit nem FL und anderem Pulley auf dem Kompressor ohne Softwareanpassung. Die Düsen haben in der Regel nen gewissen "Arbeitsbereich" - sagen wir mal theoretisch von 2,5 bis 4,5 Bar - in der sie ihr Spritzbild sauber durchbringen. Innerhalb der Toleranz erhöht man damit schlicht und ergreifend den Durchfluss der Benzinmenge.
In der Regel eigentlich kein Problem für den Rest der Hardware im Auto, da die Benzinpumpe mehr bringt.

Just some information to the K40-Relay. I soldered them in both of our SLK's. Try it and solder every point again. Not more than 10 minutes. Also this is a part used in the W210-Class, too (you can see it by the Part-No.). I bought a used one for spare.
Some OBD-Devices have problem's with erasing error-codes. Sometimes you'll have to follow a special procedure like "only with engine running" or "only with engine off". And for erasing special stuff like Airbag-error's you'll need a professional diagnosis-device.
BTW: GB is a really nice country! I hope I'll be able to visit it again this year.
If you still have problems... I also mounted a bigger crankshaft pulley and I own a 4 Bar fuel pressure regulator over here, but the FPR is not installed yet. I could do a test drive with it and check my error codes if you want.

Today I had enough time for the test drive.
Current setup:
'99 230K automatic transmission
Bigger crankshaft-pulley
Modded software by Speer
Stock Bosch-AMM
Stock Eaton-Supercharger with stock pulley (and clutch)
4 Bar FPR
Conditions:
1.5 - 2 °C temperature outside, slightly wet conditions
Result:
30 kms testdrive and everything works fine. Wheelspin quite often with the 205/55-16 winter tires. Unfortunately I wasn't able to go on full throttle for a longer period of time. I accelerated different times with full throttle from 50 - 140 without any problems. No errors, no problems with boost cuts or anything else.
